Technical control and quality assurance of damage regulation in the field of transport insurance in Germany and abroad, in particular in the case of major and special damages in predefined industries and customer segments Coordination of international insurance programmes in cooperation with the relevant network partners: Implementation of specialist examinations for all low rates and risk carriers Design and co-design of specific training in the field of transport damage for corresponding industries and customer segments Cross-departmental cooperation with underwriting, security technology and other departments Acquisition of special tasks and projects in coordination with the management Support in the development of the computer environment for transport damage

Complete master's degree in economic engineering, legal sciences or trained traders for insurance and finance, as well as further education for the transport specialist: in (DVA) or comparable qualification by the relevant professional experience Technical knowledge and multiannual practical experience in transport damage or in the (nautical) technical or logistical field, in particular industrial risks desirable Knowledge of maritime and transport law of advantage Interest in the organization of damage processing and structured project work High level of competence in the discussion and negotiation Very good technical understanding Language and English skills (C1) in word and writing, further foreign language skills desirable readiness to provide services within and outside Europe No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
