Start your future in the field of marketing together with the Golf Performance Institute GmbH and the IU International University (IU). In dual studies, you combine practical work in the company with courses on two days a week on campus. Interactive teaching materials help you to deepen your knowledge.

The Golf Performance Institute (GPI) is a manufacturer-independent company for professional golf club rides based in Berlin. We work technology-assisted and support golfers from ambitious amateur to tour pro. Our approach combines biomechanics, individual analysis and performance-oriented material tuning: We measure ourselves instead of accepting manufacturer specifications. At the beginning of 2027 we open our second site in Erkrath near Düsseldorf. You're here from the beginning.

You carry out professional fittings and accompany them, for example for drivers, iron, wedges and putters You work with Launch Monitor and Simulator, perform performance data and document it You advise customers: inside materials and technology and in racket construction, for example when changing handles, and for loft and lip adjustments You support building the new site You're talking about golf courses in the Rhineland, working in cooperation and the launch preparation You accompany fitting events in the region and take independent project work as part of your studies

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are interested in golfing - Your own game experience is helpful, a low handicap is expressly no requirement You have the pleasure of numbers, measurement data and analyses and you want to make results understandable for customers: You are open-minded, communication-strong, ready to learn and are happy to work in the team You get to the work site Düsseldorf/Erkrath well and are ready to work on Saturdays Career prospects: We offer training according to the GPI-Fitting standard of modern measurement technology, personally accompanied by one of our managing directors, prior knowledge not necessary.
