Optimization of processes and processes taking into account GMP and EHS requirements along the production and supply chain with process-supporting managers Planning, support and Implementation of technical projects to increase OEE performance (total plant efficiency) Optimization of production capacity by including all employees, minimizing plant standstill times and maximizing efficiency Implementation of structured, systematic causes assessments at production challenges Effective internal/external setup time optimization when using CI methods, such as SMED Promoting and improving autonomous maintenance from the inspection of self-responsibility through appropriate tools (e.g. 5S, Gap Analysis) Minimisation of waste of time and resources at production facilities Advanced focus in the implementation of technical and organizational changes to ensure an increase in production efficiency, safeguarding quality and promoting a learning organization

Complete study of engineering, preferably process engineering, mechanical engineering, biotechnology or scientific studies of pharmacy Systematic ability to efficiently solve technical or organizational problems Very good problem-solving skills, team and communication skills, combined with learning skills and an exact and flexible working method Enforcement, independent working, commitment, resilience and hand-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience in pharmaceutical production, GMP knowledge, plant qualification and HSE requirements of advantage
