Occupational safety specialist with a focus on road construction and civil engineering (m/f/d)

You support the implementation, development and maintenance of (work) safety and health standards with a focus on road and civil engineering You advise managing directors and executives of our MHI companies on issues of occupational and health protection You carry out regular construction site visits and advise building managers, polishers and column leaders on site You actively work with the management team and contribute to the design of the MHI Group's Integrated Management System (IMS) You coordinate cooperation with authorities and professional associations You organize and carry out regular training and instruction to promote safety and health awareness within companies You conduct internal security audits and support external audits

Successfully completed training as a specialist in occupational safety or a comparable degree in engineering with a focus on safety management Sifa certification according to DGUV-V2 (BG Bau, BG RCI or comparable) Further training on safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo) desirable Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in the construction industry Additional qualifications in the field of fire protection desirable Self-employed, structured and careful working Reliability and a high level of commitment and responsibility Class B driving licence and readiness for regional travel activities Representative team and communication skills as well as consulting competence Safe handling of MS Office applications You bring experience from one of the following positions? (m/w/d), Security Engineer (m/w/d), Arbeitssicherheitsmanager (m/w/d), HSE Manager (m/w/d)
