Remote support of interfaces and interface-related systems

Installation and configuration of our interfaces according to customer-specific wishes

Close cooperation with our customers, colleagues from development, consulting and foreign system manufacturers

Occasionary participation in the readiness service

Complete study of computer science / medical informatics or appropriate training in the IT field with professional experience

Good analytical skills; structured and targeted approach

Safe handling of relational databases (SQL) and operating systems (Linux, Windows)

Remarkable, but not absolutely necessary, are knowledge of hospital processes and in the field of health communication (HL7, FHIR)

Very good communication skills and joy in working in the team

Embossed customer and service orientation

Willingness to get to know new things in order to develop problem solutions independently

Very good German and good English language skills in word and writing
