Konsul-Smidt-Straße 8 t, 28217 Bremen You coordinate the construction site organization and logistics as well as the construction workflows for our technically demanding construction projects and are responsible for the appointment You carry out quality assurance measures and document the progress of construction in the building journal You calculate and secure the material requirements for the construction site and work closely with our construction managers You pay attention to compliance, implementation and control of safety, health and environmental protection requirements at the construction site You coordinate the after-contractors as well as the staff employed on our site

You have a successfully completed polishing course, master or comparable qualification You already have several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of construction/crush construction Your dealing with people and your communication skills allow you to have a respectful exchange with your colleagues and the construction managers as well as the individual structures You are characterized by excellent organizational ability, independent working and resilience
