Operational support and advice of employees and executives in personal and labour law issues (including maternity protection / parental leave) Implementation and follow-up of the monthly payroll with DATEV Lodas, as well as out-of-date and control of all accounting data (bAV, BU) Organization and support of our on- and off-boarding processes (such as works council hearings, contracting, etc.) Acquisition of general HR administration tasks such as the creation of certificates and certificates, personal data management, monitoring of our benefits) Support and maintenance of HR-relevant IT systems and control of the time recording system Support in HR controlling, including budget and forecast planning, recovery calculations, further burdens and maintenance of risk management Working with special personnel projects

Completed commercial training or bachelor studies, ideally with HR or accounting First relevant professional experience in the HR field (payroll skills, wage tax and social security are of advantage) Very good understanding of figures and high degree of self-responsibility Embossed organisational and communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2) Strong service orientation coupled with high social competence Independent, very careful and proactive operation
