Monitoring, organisation and optimization of the operating procedures in the swimming pool, fitness and sauna area according to our A-ROSA standards Compliance with hygiene and operational safety regulations and ensuring the necessary water quality in the basins by regular measurements Creation of goods requirements for the swimming pool and sauna area Personnel management incl. use planning of the bath and sauna team as well as our trainees Organisation and implementation of children's swimming courses Instruction and implementation of cleaning and maintenance work Guest care and guest satisfaction Participation in the further development of the team through instruction and training Support for SPA management in administrative activities
