1. September 2026 we are looking for you as a Disponent:in / Kaufmann für Mobility und Verkehrsservice (w/m/d) at DB Regio AG at the Berlin site. The vocational school is located in Berlin-Tempelhof. This is what you expect in your training:

In your first year of training you will accompany your colleagues in the regional trains. You will then get to know the personnel deployment planning, the control centre and the workshop in Berlin-Lichtenberg You are familiar with the web operation and the key role you perceive as a disponent: in the system Knowledge of travel offers, services and security services, line networks, transport contracts and contractual penalties Basics of customer consulting and support, marketing and project management Handling of malfunctions in operation and introducing appropriate countermeasures You make sure that the effects of deviations in the operating sequence are kept low and that our customers achieve their goal safely and as punctually as possible in the event of a malfunction. Your profile:

You have successfully finished the school (always) with the middle school degree and your school degree is recognized in Germany Your German knowledge corresponds to at least the B2 language level Also in difficult situations you keep quiet and keep an overview You are welcome to take responsibility and are willing to make decisions Work in layers as well as on weekends and holidays is a welcome change for you
