We are now looking for our clinic for radiooncology and radiotherapy at the RKH Kliniken Ludwigsburg-Bietigheim gGmbH at the Ludwigsburg site

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Contract period: unlimited in full time 100%

Our range of services:

The RKH-Klinikum Ludwigsburg is an oncological centre certified according to the DKG. The clinic for radiooncology and radiotherapy provides approx. 1,200 cancer patients and offers all modern radiotherapy methods (e.g. IORT/IGRT/stereotaxy/SBRT/DIBH/Gating/Brachytherapy). At the radiooncology station (10 beds), accompanying systemic therapies and also the palliative complex supply are integrated. The outpatient patients are treated either in the MVZ or according to § 116b (ASV) and in parallel system therapies in the outpatient tumor center (ATZ).

Your tasks:

• Self-employed handling of written correspondence and assistance in the preparation of doctor's letters, certificates and further training programmes
• Telephone appointment coordination for outpatient investigations
• settlement of outpatient patients
• Secretariat activities (e.g. ordering of office material, list management)
• blood withdrawals, measurements of vitals such as blood pressure etc.
• Patient intake

Your profile:

• You have a completed training as a medical specialist (m/w/d)

• They are familiar with the medical terminology and ideally bring accounting knowledge in the field of cash medical billing

• In dealing with the common office programs, you act safely and routined

• They are motivated to continuously improve existing processes

• They are team-ready, have a pronounced service orientation and have joy in working with people

• Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
