Leading organizational unit – You take over the leadership of the Operational Technology organization unit, maintains personnel and budget responsibility. You are responsible for the strategic development of the organizational unit in the light of future challenges in the context of the energy transition and digitization Staff lead & develop – You lead and develop your team, inspire others, work together effectively and actively promote knowledge sharing Ensure the functionality of OT technology – together with the team leaders, you control both the unit and service providers in day-to-day business, prioritize resources and thus ensure that OT technology (OT systems, resystems, transmission technology, cyber security) is functioning at all times in our networks; at any time you meet our high demands in the field of occupational safety OT-Architektur is responsible – you, together with your team, take over the necessary further development of the OT architecture in line with other organizational units, service providers and in group-internal bodies Hardening of OT systems – You actively work with the ISMS security management system and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Networking & Representing in the Group – You represent the VSE distribution network in bodies, join strong partnerships and advance joint solutions

Job-relevant studies (electrotechnics or information technology) (Dipl.-Ing. / Master) – successfully completed and professional foundation for the management task Multiannual practice in the operation of electrical networks and interdisciplinary projects – well-founded experience in the areas of electrical network operation and the implementation of complex interdisciplinary projects leadership personality – social competence and motivating leadership; You work growth-oriented and support your colleagues Innovation joy & learning readiness – You remain curious, question the status quo, respond flexibly to changes and strive for lifelong learning communication and negotiation strength – sovereign occurrence, resilience and enforcement capability; You act authentic, honest and integrity Budget and control competence – cost-oriented thinking and high target and result orientation; You take responsibility and achieve tangible results Very good English – safe in word and writing for group-wide and external cooperation Driving licence class B – required for location and project related dates
