Head of SAP (m/f/d)

General responsibility for the SAP department incl. Budget, resource and capacity planning Professional and disciplinary leadership of about 50 employees in 4 teams (SCM, Retail, Base, FI/CO/FI-CA) Strategic development of the SAP system landscape and definition of architecture and technology standards Control and prioritization of SAP projects and initiatives (classical and agile) Ensuring stable operation and continuous optimization of processes and systems Close cooperation with departments, IT management and external service providers Responsibility for quality assurance, release and change management Promoting employee development, knowledge building and team collaboration

Multiannual well-founded experience in SAP development and customizing as well as in complex, integrated SAP landscapes Very good knowledge and project experience in SAP modules SD, MM, FI and CO; ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA and transformation projects Remarkable are knowledge in the context of mass account balance as well as experience in the retail/commercial environment with branch structures Multiannual leadership experience in larger teams or organizational units as well as strong strategic and analytical skills High levels of communication, moderation and decision-making combined with enforcing and sense of responsibility Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working methods as well as a pronounced understanding of business processes and economic relationships
