Full-time or part-time paralegal and notary (m/f/d)

To further strengthen our growing team we are looking for (m/w/d) in full or part-time for the legal profession.

After being incorporated by our team, You take over the entire administrative area of a typical law office. This includes: drawing up documents and draft contracts; creation of presentations and dictated correspondence, settlement of daily correspondence with clients, courts and authorities (including beA), the collection and monitoring of deadlines, dates and repositories; (electronic) file management and organisation, Invoicing after time recording and RVG.

You have Professional experience in the Attorney's secretariat and want to improve or you have a successfully completed training as a lawyer and/or notary worker (m/w/d), an extremely experienced in dealing with the PC and have practical experience with DATEV attorney Pro or a similar firm software and sound knowledge in dealing with MS Office 365, a high sense of responsibility, reliability and self-sufficiency, an independent operation and a high organisational skill, communication and team skills, a professional and friendly appearance.
