Your position • Technical and disciplinary management of the service team in Riederich including the areas SHK, AC, DC and order management • Strategic resource control to ensure maximum utilisation and faster response times for maintenance and malfunctions • Responsibility for operational performance based on relevant service KPIs and continuous optimization of internal interfaces • Sovereign decision-making in complex escalations as well as solution-oriented advice of our client in 2nd level support • Active coaching of employees for the sustainable anchoring of technical expertise and a pronounced service mentality

Your profile • Multiannual leadership experience in the coordination of various trades and the ability to form teams into a unit • Embossed organizational design with the focus on efficient process structures and a clear priority setting with high workload • Funded technical background through completed vocational training, study or comparable qualification • Absolute customer orientation in finding the technically and economically optimal solution for any problem • Safe handling of CRM systems and digital planning tools for a modern, data-based decision-making
