You guide your teams professionally and disciplinaryly and create an environment where everyone can develop. Together with your team, you provide a professional, uncomplicated and service-oriented consulting experience for our product partners as well as our brokers and their customers. You know the common credit and savings products in the context of building financing and help your team develop suitable and creative solutions. You have first experience in planning, controlling and prioritizing product and project initiatives. You bring your experience, ideas and energy into projects to continuously develop our department. Quality, service and sustainable relationships with our product and sales partners are your first priority.

You have completed commercial or economic training ideally in the financial services sector You have experience in the financial industry and leadership of employees. Acceptance of responsibility lies with you, and thanks to your quick understanding and initiative, you will always keep an overview. You like to work in the team and draw your attention through a clear communication and a positive, relaxed way to enrich the department. You are IT-affin and have ideally already gained first experience with one of the current financing platforms. You have good ideas, drive projects proactively and encourage the successful implementation. You work structured and support your employees in prioritizing your tasks.
