General responsibility for Quality Assurance in accordance with internationally recognised guidelines for pharmaceutical production Activity as a testing body of a variety of suppliers and manufacturers, as well as a product portfolio of a wide variety of presentation forms Professional and disciplinary leadership of the 6-member team Conception and continuous development of quality-relevant processes, as well as the management and coordination of projects in the QA sector Internal as well as external interface function for all quality-relevant topics Active participation in the continuous development and securing of a GMP-compliant QA system, in particular in the field of SOP and document management, deviation management, CAPA and change control processes, training, self-inspections and quality risk management Conception and testing of QA-relevant contracts (QAA, CDA, etc.) Management and implementation of supplier audits and authority inspections Qualification of suppliers and service providers

Successfully completed scientific studies Insufficient professional experience in the field of quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in sterile production Very good GMP know-how and practical knowledge in the implementation of GMP regulations Current leadership and pleasure in working with the team Sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels as well as pronounced communication capability Working style characterized by great care, accuracy and reliability without losing sight of the whole German knowledge and knowledge of English, as well as international readiness Qualification for the person skilled in the art according to §15 AMG of advantage, but not necessary
