You are responsible for Finance & Controlling and Human Resources at our locations in Gottenheim and Wieden Together with your team, you work on the classic financial and controlling topics and are responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements With the HR management, you work strategically and operationally closely together and bring forward future topics together Based on your experience, you develop existing processes and instruments in your area You coordinate cooperation with auditors, tax advisors, banks and insurance companies You take over the commercial management of our nine foreign sales companies and are leading the foundation and integration of foreign companies As a member of the management, you are a link to the shareholders and strategic decisions. The active design of the software landscape and the advancement of digitalization in your area are also part of your range of tasks

You have successfully completed economic studies In Finance & Controlling, you could already gain experience in a comparable position Your IT skills, especially in Excel and SAP or another ERP system, are very good In addition to your leadership tasks, you are happy to work and regularly actively in the daily business Cooperation with foreign subsidiaries is familiar to you You will be happy to communicate in German and English You are an empathic personality and have a good feeling for people and organizations
