Product Manager Service (m/f/d)

You are a professional team (Product Management, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Project Management) over the entire service product life cycle. You implement the product strategies for digital service offerings (simulation, artificial intelligence, predictive maintenance) and continuously optimize them. You are responsible for the further development of our service products and increase system availability in customer systems through market, competitive and profitability analyses. You evaluate customer/project-specific adaptations and check their integration into existing product families. You create, care and support the release of the required product artefacts (requirements, design, test and release documentation). You take the economic responsibility for the service product development and monitor the budget (F&E, CAPEX). You prepare policy templates, present them and defend them against internal stakeholders and management to expand the service portfolio. You secure a structured information and Lessons‐Learned flow between all parties involved.

Multiannual professional experience in projects (as Project Manager (m/w/d), Technical Manager (m/w/d), Logistic Engineering Manager (m/w/d) or Sales Manager (m/w/d)), Product Management, Systems Engineering and/or relevant application experience. Ideally, you bring a good understanding of military requirements and military use of products, as well as experience in the maritime environment. You can demonstrate knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner. You can present first international and intercultural experiences and enjoy occasional national missions. You have an understanding of basic business relationships and bring an entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation and innovativeness (entrepreneurship). A pronounced customer and service orientation is of course for you. Team, communication and conflict resolution capabilities complete your profile.
