Financial Accountant - Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Financial Statements (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent processing of debitor and creditor accounting, as well as the bank and cashier using DATEV. You provide payment transactions, monitor open items and ensure the timely execution of all transactions. You prepare the monthly accounts and the sales tax pre-registrations and prepare the annual accounts in close coordination with our tax advisor. With MS Excel, you create meaningful business evaluations and reports that serve as an important basis for the management. Depending on your previous knowledge, you can support the payroll bill or take over the payroll bill, including the reports to the SOKA-BAU. You actively shape the optimization and digitization of our accounting processes and ensure transparent and efficient processes.

You bring commercial or tax training and professional experience in financial accounting. Their work is structured and very careful, and you are also characterized by reliability and discretion. In handling common accounting software and MS Excel you are versed. Ideally, you have already worked with DATEV. You already have first knowledge of the payroll bill (e.g. SOKA-BAU) or the motivation to work on this issue. You communicate safely in German in word and writing (C1 level).
