Leadership, motivation and development of shift staff shift, personnel and representation planning Processing and training of employees Production control by quantity, quality, costs and dates Monitoring of indicators and introduction of appropriate measures Optimization of processes, processes and 5S standards Quality assurance, causes analysis and complaint processing Ensuring material availability and correct bookings Cooperation with quality, logistics and production planning Compliance with work safety, environmental and ESD requirements Installation of switches and operating elements according to specifications – with a safe view for details (hand assembly and partially automated processes) Careful visual and functional controls during and after assembly

Technical training and relevant professional experience Management experience in production or assembly Known in production processes and quality methods Understanding key figures such as productivity, committee and OEE Safe handling of MS teams, Word and ERP systems Working safety and ESD knowledge Valuable leadership and decision-making Proactive, solution-oriented hands-on mentality Quality and cost awareness as well as team orientation German knowledge of C1 level Flexibility and readiness for shiftwork
