As part of a pension succession, you play a central role in the staff sector: You are responsible for billing charges, accompanying employees from entry to exit, and are the contact person for payroll, time management and personnel processes. At the same time you bring your own ideas and develop existing processes. Payroll in own responsibility: Self-fulfilment of monthly wage and salary accounting with DATEV LODAS Personnel support from a single source: Administrative support of employees from entry to changes in the employment relationship to exit Reliable management of reporting and certification Time management & HR systems in mind: care and care of the Infor TIME and Rexx systems as well as reliable management of personnel master data Contact person at eye level: Competent support for employees and executives in matters of remuneration, time management and staff administration Continue thinking about HR processes: Active cooperation in the optimization and digitization of existing processes and support in human resources projects

Your basis: Complete commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman, businessman for office management or comparable qualification (m/w/d), further training in human resources or in payment accounting Safe in pay billing: Practical experience in payroll accounting and good knowledge in DATEV LODAS well-established: knowledge of pay tax and social security law; labour law knowledge is an additional plus; Tariff characteristics (e.g. IG metal) of advantage With a view to detail: Structured, careful and independent operation, as well as safe handling of deadlines and sensitive personal data Communicative & service-oriented: joy in cooperation with people, binding appearance and a good feeling for different concerns
