Project Manager Engineer in the Field of Technical Building Services (TGA) (m/f/d)

You are responsible for projects of various sizes in the project management and the technical management of interdisciplinary project teams with various disciplines, such as supply technology, electrical engineering and civil engineering. You are responsible for the expert accompaniment, quality and performance testing of externally commissioned architectural and engineering offices and exporting firms You independently provide HOAI services The clarification and achievement of the objectives in terms of dates, costs and qualities, the organization of the building and execution, the procurement strategy and the contracting, the taxation and quality assurance of the design and execution participants fall into your responsibility until project success. During the execution, you can assure the quality of the services of the freelance workers and of the executive works at the construction site In addition, you are regularly on site as a contact person and advise the customer on project-specific questions You work in your department and with the interfaces in the team on the successful implementation of the projects

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Technology/Building Technology/TGA, Energy and Environmental Technology, Smart Building Engineering or a comparable technical engineering or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician/to the state-tested technicians in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and subsequently a relevant professional experience at least six years in an activity of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates of work). Further requirements: You can ideally prove at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of supply technology and have experiences in project management of several projects with You have knowledge of relevant relevant legal and construction regulations (e.g. HOAI, VOB, DIN, etc.) and corresponding structural implementation Negotiating skills, safe occurrence and presentation skills complete your profile

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E11 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately € 52.000,00 – approx. € 82.000,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 13 LBesO A.
