Orders and complaints: You accept customer requests and process the orders and complaints by phone. Examination of documents: You control incoming delivery documents and system-side booking of the goods receipt. Creation of credits: You process returns and complaints by creating credits. Inventory recordings: You document and collect inventory results on the system side. Order data: You take over the order data acquired via mobile data acquisition (MDE) as well as cross-docking tasks into the system and ensure their system-side input and further processing.

Training: You have acquired a commercial training or a comparable qualification. Experience: You ideally bring professional experience in sale, preferably in the area of sausage goods or meat products. Cross-comers are also welcome. Personalities: You are characterized by their own initiative, a structured and independent way of working and willingness to use. Competences: You are motivated, reliable, trustworthy and have a good and secure communication and organizational capability. Knowledge: Good handling of the common Microsoft Office products complete your profile.
