Capital income tax Place of work: Frankfurt am Main Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2025_1189_02 In order to fulfil the monetary policy tasks of the Bundesbank, we manage securities and conduct collateral accounts of the German business partners, securities deposits for credit institutions and for other customer groups. With your expertise, you contribute to compliance with regulatory requirements in the field of capital yields and/or Source tax resulting from the special role of Bundesbank customers.

You are a member of the newly established tax team for the capital income tax within the Bundesbank. With your tax expertise, you are a competent person for the operational work units. Their tasks include, in particular, the processing of specific questions of capital income tax law taking into account the special customer structure of the Deutsche Bundesbank. In addition, you follow relevant legislative changes and, in cooperation with the departmental teams and other work units, ensure their implementation in the Bundesbank.

Master or equivalent degree of economics (preferably with a focus on tax/economic examination or a comparable subject) or law; an additional qualification in tax law or tax advice is advantageous Ideally at least two years of relevant professional experience Good knowledge of securities law and very good knowledge of German capital income tax and foreign (especially European) source taxes including the existing double taxation agreements Good knowledge of national and international clearing and settlement of securities Very good analytical and conceptual skills Impressive cooperation capability Very good communication skills in German and English
