With the help of the further development of our customer service system (Zendesk) and the Nexaro Help Center Support of the customer experience team and customer service agents in the processing of customer requests and improving customer experience Cooperation with various Nexaro departments and external agencies to ensure smooth customer experience Working with the analysis and evaluation of customer requests and key performance indicators to optimize processes and services Support in the development and creation of concepts, reports and presentations for management

You are an intangible student (m/w/d) in the field of business, marketing, communication or a comparable degree programme You have first experiences through internships in the consumer goods industry or in trade You are interested in Customer Experience and After Sales Support and want to gain practical experience in this field You work independently, structured and solution-oriented You have very good communication skills in German and English, both in writing and oral You are safe in handling MS Office and may have first experience with customer service systems (e.g. Zendesk), CRM and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) You enjoy working in the team and are motivated to learn new things
