Specialist Business Data & Controlling (m/f/d)

You continuously develop the data and system architecture for commercial and operational imaging of our corporate performance. You'll set up reports and analyses to control sales, costs and performance of our locations. You prepare relevant key figures and support management in data-based decisions. You analyze deviations, guide action recommendations and support the optimization of control processes. You work in central projects and contribute your analytical expertise to the further development of our controlling and reporting structures.

You have a degree in economics, such as Finance, Controlling or Business Informatics. You bring multi-year professional experience in controlling, ideally focusing on data analytics, reporting and planning systems. You have a pronounced understanding of numbers and a process-oriented and analytical way of thinking. You have very good knowledge of the MS Office product family, especially in Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous. You have extensive experience with BI tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI), ETL processes and data warehousing; Experience with planning software (e.g. 4Plan, Accoplanning, Jedox or comparable) is desirable. You convince by very good communication skills, team skills and professional handling of conversation partners at all levels.
