Together with your team (6 employees) you are responsible for the continuous development of the company's digitalization strategy and realize exciting projects They analyze internal business processes and workflows and are responsible for the visualization and digitization, taking into account the continuous process optimization, With your team, you will take over market observations regarding new developments and possibilities of AI use and implement them. New technologies are tested and introduced by you As an interface between IT and operational business, you are responsible for ensuring application support and ensure regular employee training

You have completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a comparable subject They bring well-founded experiences in digitalization, automation and process optimisation and are very familiar with AI technologies They are experienced in the analysis and implementation of practical solutions They have strong communication skills and convince as a leader through empathy, enforcement strength and responsibility You are safe to use SAP or comparable Negotiating German skills complete your profile
