Various heat and cold services as well as contracting and consulting are promising new business areas. Investment in renewable energies and the expansion of district heating are Karlsruhe contributions to the energy transition. You are self-responsible for the further development of the department, taking into account earnings and risk situations You ensure the further development of all activities of energy trading, including time and spot market trading, balance sheet management, risk management, reporting and new commercial products You work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, production, controlling and external service providers You develop and optimize existing procurement and marketing models as well as the IT system landscape You promote an innovation-driven, team-oriented work culture

You have completed your studies in the business, public or energy industry, engineering or comparable studies You have several years of experience in energy trading, portfolio management or in a comparable position You have profound leadership experience and joy in the motivation and further development of employees You have very good knowledge of the energy economic contexts, legal frameworks and common IT solutions You work structured, independent and want change and new challenges
