You want to get started in the area of personal management? Start your dual studies with the appropriate practical partner. LEBENSRÄUME provides integration services for people with mental disabilities. We take care of the living conditions of the affected persons and organize the right measures. When LEBENSRÄUME was founded more than 40 years ago, we were pioneers in the field of community psychiatry. Today we may not be pioneers, but still visionaries with future-oriented ideas. Improving the life situation of mentally ill persons and enabling participation to be sustained is always the focus. In doing so, we focus on the interests and ideas of each individual in order to enable people to live independently and self-determined.

You support the personnel department and commercial management in administrative and organizational tasks You work closely with the regional managers, subsidiaries and the works council You will get deep insights into all facets of human resources management and work actively – from recruitment and personnel selection to employee development to personal administration and control You get insights into the payroll You bring new ideas and knowledge of your studies to the company You develop legal and administrative principles in human resources You support colleagues in preparing and implementing HR projects You support commercial management in the management and organization of training

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
