Projektmanager (m/w/d) Place of work: Grafenhausen Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2026_0348_02 The holiday home “Tannenhof” of the Deutsche Bundesbank with a total of 16 guest rooms and 3 apartments is located in Grafenhausen in the Hochschwarzwald. For our up to 38 guests we offer a varied half-board offer with breakfast buffet and changing evening offers in menu and buffet form. In addition, the property has an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a spacious outdoor area.

You perform all master's activities, in particular care, control and monitoring of the technical facilities, our three buildings, the indoor swimming pool and the sauna Smaller maintenance, repair and installation work as well as the maintenance of the outdoor facilities and the completion of the winter service are carried out independently. They're instructing foreign companies to supervise them. Occasional events support you in technical aspects and administrative, such as chairs and tables. The daily cleaning and care of our indoor pool and sauna are part of your tasks as well as the cleaning of the multipurpose room. Since the property has no elevator, you can also support our housekeeping, for example when transporting the laundry. Your working week is regular from Tuesday to Saturday.
