Our Integrative AWO Kita is located on the south-eastern edge of Burgdorf and has a wide outdoor area. The 25-member multicultural team supports up to 120 children in four elementary and two groups of cribs, one of which works integrally. We attach great importance to creating a learning environment where children can develop independently at their own pace. The mutual understanding of diversity is as important to us as the recognition and communication of our own borders. Our daycare centre is characterized by cultural diversity. Children of different nationalities play, learn and grow together. This focus is on the daily integrated language promotion. Especially important is the speech-supporting visualization, e.g. for processes or recurring rituals. In order to support our team of the Kindertagestätte and the Familienzentrum Burgdorf, we are looking for a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time as of 01.08.2026 or later in a limited period (as a parental leave and parental leave).
