Team Leader Payroll (m/f/d)

You lead and develop your team into a powerful unit with the highest quality and service requirements. You are responsible for the correct, timely fee billing as well as close cooperation with Finance (e.g. Account Vote) and you will start statistics as part of the HR Controlling for the top management group. You actively promote the standardization, digitization and further development of payroll and HR processes. You will be able to design the introduction of SuccessFactors professionally and organizationally. You are a competent contact person for employees, executives and HR colleagues:in all accounting and time economic issues.

You have a well-founded commercial training or an economic study with a focus on personnel, finance or taxes, and brings several years of experience in payroll accounting. You know the processes of a modern payroll from practice and have ideally worked in a medium or larger business environment. You are sure to work with a billing system – ideally SAP HCM – and you are interested in actively developing payroll processes in the course of SuccessFactors. You have already taken over leadership – professionally or disciplinary – or are ready to grow into a responsible team leadership role. You combine accuracy and number affinity with a pronounced process and IT confession. You communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level – both with your team and Finance, HR and executives.
