• Creation, provision and follow-up of all necessary documents, in particular purchase contracts, in order to enable a successful purchase, this also after retrieval
• Creation of contracts (both leases and purchase contracts) up to signature maturity and subsequent release, with the increase in the legal department as needed
• You are the first contact person for property matters for internal departments and external suppliers, especially for notaries, authorities and municipalities
• Support of the department and external service providers in contract creation and finalisation with ensuring the quality of the contract
• Independent processing of correspondence with owners, landlords and notaries
• Coordination and administration of all department activities, such as appointment organization and email management

That's what you bring:

• Successful completion of vocational training as a specialist
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an emergency room, preferably in the field of property law or contract design
• Professional knowledge of the purchase process of land and property rights
• Experience in the design of framework contracts and usage contracts with landlords
• Very good language skills in English and German
