Working hours

• 40 hours per week

Your duties

• Disruption, removal and maintenance of heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical and other installations
• Self-service repair of technical facilities at the mall
• Maintenance and inspection plans
• Tracking deficiencies
• Cooperation with local customers

Your profile

• Completed (electro-)technical training for plant mechanic HKLS (m/w/d) or electronic (m/w/d) for operating technology / energy and building technology
• Very good German knowledge of word and writing and driving licence of class B mandatory
• Openness and secure appearance to customers
• High level of self-organisation
• Communication strength and enforcement
