Strategic Buyer Electronics / Electronic Components (m/f/d)

To strengthen our purchasing team, we are looking for a dedicated strategic buyer (m/w/d) with a technical understanding that actively shapes the global procurement of electronic components and strategically develops our supplier base. In this responsible position, you make a significant contribution to ensuring supply, competitiveness and innovation along our value chain. This includes: Development and implementation of product group strategies for electronic components (e.g. electronic assemblies, inverters, sensors, controls, semiconductors and passive components) Implementation of national and international tenders and price and contract negotiations Identification, qualification and development of new suppliers to ensure a powerful and resilient supplier base Analysis of procurement markets and identification of cost optimization and innovation potentials Responsibility for cost, quality, appointment and risk management within the responsibility area Close cooperation with development, quality management, production and logistics Close coordination with related companies within the BITZER Group in accordance with the cooperation model Control and supplier development in terms of cost, quality, delivery performance and technological competence Implementation of supplier audits and supplier visits Building long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers Creation of evaluations, reports and decision templates for management

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in the environment of electronic components or electronic assemblies Understanding electronic components, manufacturing processes and supply chains Security of negotiation and experience in contract management Knowledge of modern procurement strategies and methods of product group management Analytical, structured and independent working methods Impressed communication and enforcement capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office applications German and English skills
