Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer
You research topics from the Holtzbrinck Group, prepare content structuredly and develop ideas for formats and topics. You design and create content for LinkedIn, such as posts, carousels and video formats, and accompany them independently from the idea to publication. You follow current developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence, research new tools and try them out in everyday work. You analyze trends, competitors and platforms to derive new content and formats. You work with different teams within the group and get to know Employer Branding in an international context.
You complete a degree in the field of design, media, communication or a comparable degree program. Students from other disciplines with a strong interest in visual design are also welcome. You have a good sense of design, layout and image language and are interested in social media, especially LinkedIn. You bring first experiences in the design of social media content or video formats and you want to develop and implement your own ideas. You have basic knowledge of popular design or video tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or the like) and are open to developing you quickly. You are interested in and have first experiences with the use of artificial intelligence in the creative working environment and are reflecting and critical with the results. You work independently, think conceptually and like to introduce yourself with your own ideas. Since we work closely with our international colleagues and address national and international audiences, you have very good knowledge of German and English.
As an intern*in you become part of our dynamic and dedicated team and work closely with us on diverse projects. You are involved in topics from the outset and take your own responsibility. An open communication and regular exchange, for example in our morning daily or in direct exchange with your supervisors Carolin and Julia, is particularly important to us. Our flexible working model allows you to work on a mobile and on-site basis. .
