Project Engineer with a focus on PMO (m/f/d)

Supporting the project management in the management of complex military combat armor projects with a focus on reporting, project management and risk management. Independent coordination with project managers for the collection, plausibility and consolidation of relevant project information. Creating and preparing meaningful reports, management documents and decision templates for different stakeholders. Building and developing a standardized reporting and information base across several projects. Participation in project-related risk management and the follow-up of measures and critical facts. Developing efficient documentation, data and storage structures to ensure consistent project information. Working with the standardization and optimization of PMO processes, templates and tools. Takeover of project-wide special tasks, analyses and cross-departmental improvement initiatives.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, business management, project management or a comparable discipline. You bring first professional experience or well-founded practical experience in project management, PMO, project controlling or a technically shaped environment. You have a good understanding of project management processes, reporting and commercial relationships. You control the safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of SAP, MS Project, Jira, Confluence or Access is an advantage. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. Analytical thinkability, a structured way of working and the ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible way, you are notable. Communication strength, quality awareness and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive project information round off your profile.
