Property Manager / Technical Building Management / TGM (m/f/d)

Developing tasks: planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and modernisation measures across all structures and areas of technical building management, from implementation to acceptance and documentation Living in cooperation: Professional leadership and operational planning of employees in the area of responsibility as well as the promotion of an appreciation and team-oriented cooperation Responsibility: Central contact person for local customers and ensuring compliance with technical, legal and safety requirements Inspire technology: solution-oriented processing of technical questions and the development of pragmatic concepts even in complex challenges Promote progress: identification and implementation of optimization measures in technical building operations and support for reconstructions and special projects Ensure communication: close coordination with the customer, internal departments and external partner companies for the successful implementation of technical requirements

Education: Completed training in the field of electrical engineering or supply technology, e.g. as an electrician, electronic, master, technician or engineer (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification Experience: multiannual professional experience in management within the facility management or a comparable industry; Experience in personnel management as well as strong leadership skills knowledge: comprehensive knowledge in facility management with technical, commercial and organizational focus; knowledge of contract law and relevant technical regulations, standards and regulatory requirements; Basic knowledge of BIM processes of advantage Know-how: Funded knowledge in process management and process optimization, ideally using lean management methods; good user knowledge in CAFM systems (e.g. SAP) as well as safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Operation: Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented and service-oriented manner Personality: High self-initiative, pronounced communication strength, enforcing ability and joy in leadership of teams Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing; English knowledge of at least B1 level desirable
