You are contact persons for questions of the purchasers during the project, especially for the construction process, for acceptance/transfer and for the invoice. You develop the special request advice, from the first customer date, the presentation of the special requests in a sketch to the final determination of the equipment and its implementation. These include the calculation of the special requests on the basis of gross price lists and the examination of the special requests for technical feasibility. You will receive offers from contractors, architects and specialist planners, check them and accept the offer creation to the acquirers incl. Guided sales negotiations for special requests. It is important to pursue a permanent cost and revenue overview on the special requests and to carry out subsequent calculations. The invoice specification, audit and release are also part of your tasks. You can also create equipment catalogues and price lists in cooperation with an external agency and project managers. You regularly check the current structure, inform the purchasers accordingly and carry out inspection appointments of the construction site with the purchasers. To complete the project, transfer the finished apartments to the purchasers.

You have a (special) university degree in the (internal) architecture or a technical training with high commercial knowledge. In addition, you have already gained several years of professional experience in the construction industry, preferably in customer care/special request management. You are familiar with the design of floor plans and know how to optimize them according to individual customer requirements. You are IT affin and have good knowledge in the Office programs. Knowledge of a building carrier software is advantageous. Customer support combined with high service and service orientation is your passion. You communicate professionally at all levels and know how to communicate with negotiation skills, both in German and in English in word and writing. Your commercial site can calculate well, keeps an overview of the costs and carries them with care. Cross-sectoral thinking and action is an added value for you.
