HSE Manager - Occupational Safety / Training / Risk Analysis (m/f/d)

You create and maintain risk assessments as well as operating instructions and ensure that all safety requirements are complied with and regularly updated You carry out security efforts, identify potential risks and take appropriate measures. In addition, you are working on events such as accidents, accidents or near incidents and are active in continuously improving safety at work. You plan, organize and carry out training as well as instructions on security-relevant topics to strengthen the awareness of work security across the team

You have a degree in engineering, a training as a technician:in or master:in completed or have a comparable qualification You already have leadership experience and have a well-founded expertise as a specialist in occupational safety – ideally focusing on chemistry – and/or as a safety and health coordinator:in (SiGeKo) You have as an alternative HSE manager: already gained experience in dealing with complex construction sites or in supporting large-scale chemical plants You convince with your enforcing power and your passion for work safety – especially at construction sites, in the sense of Vision Zero You work independently, responsibly and with a clear focus on safe and efficient processes You speak fluent German and have good English skills in mind. B1 level
