Head of Development (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the development of innovative systems from the idea to the standard maturity incl. Technology screening, standardization and roadmap management Leadership of an interdisciplinary and international development team at various locations with around 25 employees including resource planning, coaching and change management Ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality standards and evaluation and application of technical rights (patents) Project management with responsibility for time, costs and quality as well as application and execution of funding projects Active participation of the global product and technology strategy as a member of the international management team Integration of digital tools, AI-based solutions and sustainability aspects into product development

Entrepreneurially shaped, convincing leaders with clear communication, high enforcement strength and team skills, analytical skills and high self-initiative Successfully completed engineering studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the development of components in machine and plant engineering and explicitly relevant experience in the design and application of fluid circuits management experience in international technical functions as well as in the management of global development projects; open also for ambitious candidates from the second series Very good knowledge of CAD, FEM, project management tools and high affinity for new technologies German and English knowledge in word and writing, other languages of advantage Standing for occasional missions
