You can do this with us: Operational securing of the technical building on site Presence as an extended arm of the client with the tenant and direct interface for a quick implementation of concerns Implementation of small repairs, regular visits and controls Monitoring of safety-relevant facilities, escape routes and technical installations Support in testing, maintenance and in idle management Documentation and notification of deficiencies and initiation of emergency measures Coordination and support of external service providers on site

We wish you: Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology or a comparable qualification Professional experience in a comparable position desirable Independent, responsible and service-oriented working
