Your core tasks include monitoring and ensuring compliance with processes and optimizing workflows. In addition, you agree closely with the other layer conductors and thus ensure a smooth transition between the layers. As a manager, we trustfully place the operational staff management in your hands. You also have relevant key figures in mind and ensure that performance and quality standards are complied with. Of course, you will also take care of the proper condition of the work equipment and compliance with the safety guidelines.

They bring relevant experience in the automotive sector and ideally a training or first leadership experience. In any case, you are ready to work in 3-shift operation. They are technically versed, go routined with MS Excel and have a basic understanding for warehouse management systems. In addition, you go independently and with clear hands-on mentality to works and points with a high motivation. We expect constant commitment, flexibility, independent work, team skills and very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing.
