Editing Ad-hoc requests and questions from the department and IT colleagues Advising and defining requirements related to the IT facility of the Satair and Airbus channels and ensuring continuous service improvements Working with IT projects and escalation management Ordering, issue and setting up specific IT devices and ensuring asset management in accordance with the Airbus processes Support of employees/ticket systems and Airbus users of various locations in Hamburg close cooperation with the various service desks within the Airbus organization and

Complete technicians or studies in the field of information technology/information technology or IT specialist Experience in IT Service Management and IT customer service and in handling tools (e.g. ServiceNow) Good knowledge of IT Asset Life Cycle Management high communication capability/stakeholder management German and English skills
