Your tasks with us: As a core task, you process the regular payment flows, in particular refunds. You process and book unclear payment transactions (complaints).

Take this with you: Complete training as an administrative specialist, career examination for the middle non-technical administration service or a comparable qualification. Experience in accounting is desirable. routing work with MS-Office; Knowledge in SAP and owi21 are a plus. Teamability, reliability and an independent, careful and structured way of working – even in labor-intensive situations.
