The subject area 1.4.1.1 - Construction and maintenance I is one of two areas of expertise in the area of circular construction. With a team of architects, landscape architects, construction technicians and administrative staff, we implement the decisions of the Munich district day. We represent the interests of the county towards commissioned architectural and engineering offices and take over the project management for externally awarded construction projects.

• Architectural tasks, project management and control

Your profile

We require this qualification:

• Complete study of the disciplines Architecture or Civil Engineering at least DQR 6-level

We are following these skills:

• well-founded knowledge in building regulations and construction planning law, technical standards and procurement law
• very good expressability in word and writing (min. language level C1 in German)
• Professional handling of MS Office, CAD and AVA
• relevant knowledge and experience in the mentioned field of activity of at least. 2 years
