You coordinate the use planning of the cleaning team and ensure a smooth running in the daily business You are actively working with yourself in operational everyday life and support your team wherever necessary You ensure that sales areas, sanitary areas, the canteen as well as other areas of the house are always clean, well maintained and neat You can organize the processes around washing machine, ironing and cleaning areas and keep an overview of your team and tasks You also take care of the environment of the house, e.g. the car park or smaller organizational topics around the building technology You are contact persons for your team and ensure clear processes and good cooperation in everyday life

You bring experience in cleaning, housekeeping or building services – ideally with first responsibility for employees You understand how to clearly guide employees and at the same time to pack themselves You are friendly, well-kept and sovereign You work organized and keep an overview in stressful situations You have very good German skills You are happy to ensure order, structure and smooth running together with your team
