You bear the holistic responsibility, guide and develop our Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle location in Rosbach for after sales. The implementation of the service objectives is within your area of responsibility. You develop processes to increase process stability and efficiency as well as their consistent implementation and optimize customer relationship management. Ensuring quality standards as well as managing communication to business partners and internal departments are your task profile. You are responsible for the personnel selection, management and development of your service team.

You have a completed commercial or technical training, supplemented with an additional economic qualification or a comparable study. Insufficient professional experience in a comparable function, desirable in the automotive sector, you present. A high level of communication and negotiation strength as well as the ability to lead, demand and promote other people, complemented by a high level of social competence and team capacity, are yours. A pronounced result and target orientation as well as good knowledge in MS-Office, desirable knowledge in the field of Mercedes Benz-specific IT systems, complete your profile.
