Wood engineer or civil engineer looking To expand our team, we are looking for a technical employee (m/w/d) to monitor house manufacturers in the field of wood construction/wood construction. The German Prefabricated Building Association (GDF) in the Forum Holzbau: Our RAL association represents around 190 member companies from Germany and abroad. It is recognised as a certification and monitoring body and grants the conformity mark in accordance with the relevant national regulations and the RAL quality mark “Holzhausbau”.

In the monitoring of manufacturing sites and construction sites, you evaluate the construction of components and the construction products used. The basis for this is the current technical and construction regulations requirements or Standards and the RAL quality and test regulations. In addition, you will participate in the organisation of internal meetings and events, the creation of leaflets and newsletters on current topics.

You have completed your studies on wood or civil engineer or Master with focus on construction engineering/wood technology. You also provide comprehensive knowledge of timber construction and timber building as well as building physics. Ideally, you also have experience in the field of statics and construction. In addition to the technical requirements, we also care about your flexibility, readiness to travel and use as well as good human interaction. Professional starters are also welcome.
