Operational processing and collection of special infrastructure services (e.g. transfers, special cleaning, winter service) Complaint management in infrastructure Performance assessment of technical assistance (compliance) Customer monitoring incl. evaluations and preparation of customer appointments Collection of tenders, support for tenders, submissions and price levels Performance control and decrease on site including timely system detection Follow-up of deficiencies from maintenance and expert examinations Optimization of maintenance and testing dates in coordination with customers Support for service provider control and special tasks (e.g. service change) Participation in customer surveys as well as monthly QM checks on the invoice

Completed (FH) degree or professional training (e.g. specialist businessman) with relevant professional experience in the technical environment First or profound experience in building technology / facility management of advantage Structured, reliable and accurate operation Embossed customer and service orientation Team spirit, flexibility and high commitment Organisational strength and independent work Safe and binding occurrence Load capacity and enforcement capacity Driving licence Class B and personal mobility
